I am a Real Estate Broker so I can do this with no problem. I can give you 1/2 of my commission when you hire me to sell or buy a house. This is how it works. Let's say you want to sell you house for $200,000. The agent that is going to sell your house he/she is call the listing agent. The listing agent will list your home in MLS. You will be charge 6% to sell your home. 3% for the listing agent and 3% for the selling agent. Me been the listing agent will charge you 1 1/2%. So now you will only have to pay 4 1/2%. So that means that for $200,000 at 6% you pay $12,000 and at 4 1/2% you pay $9000. If you buy a home at $200,000 and my commission is 3%, I would give you 1 1/2% or $3000.
